If you have lost your Cpanel password, you can reset the Cpanel password from your Gotka Client Area,

Login to Gotka Client Area - http://secure.gotka.com/clients
Go to the "Services" -> "My Services" from the top navigation.
in My Products & Services page, select the hosting account, by clicking on the product/service
In the Action panel on the left, click on "Change Password" option
In the Chanage Password page, enter your new password to the field and confirm the password again
Click on "Save Changes" button

Please ensure that you have a strong password, with at least 8 letters and combination numbers/symbols
