Yes, sftp is avialable, and we strongly recommend it over normal ftp for security reasons. For this to work, you need ssh (secure shell) access.

If ssh is not active, you can open a support ticket http://www.gotka.com/clients/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4 to get it activated, please provide your domain name, hosting username and password for activation.
