Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Care plans are billed monthly with no lock-in — cancel, upgrade or downgrade anytime.
What counts as a "content edit"?
Small changes such as text or image swaps, updating prices or opening hours, adding a testimonial, or a new FAQ entry. Larger changes — new pages, redesigned sections — are quoted separately.
What happens if I go over my monthly hours?
We'll always tell you before doing extra work. Occasional overflow is billed at a simple hourly rate, or we'll suggest moving up a tier if it happens regularly.
Does my site need to be hosted with Gotka to get a Care plan?
Care plans assume the site is on Gotka's cloud hosting, since that's what lets us monitor uptime and security directly. If it's hosted elsewhere, we migrate it over first — for free.
Can I add a Care plan to a site you didn't build?
Yes, after a quick technical review to make sure we can support it properly.
How do I sign up for a Care plan?
Add it as step 4 of our website package builder if you're building a new site, or message us directly if you're an existing client adding it to a site we already host.
How much does a website Care plan cost?
Care Basic is RM150/month, Care Standard RM380/month and Care Plus RM800/month — billed monthly with no lock-in, and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade anytime.
